The desert becomes musical under a big luminous moon, and that's what I channeled into this necklace, which has a sweet handmade silver moon hanging beneath a line of three little diamond stars. This necklace starts with fine silver, which I melt into a ball, flatten, and then hammer to texture. I make and solder all of the pieces from which the moon hangs on the tiny silver chain, and then wrap the diamonds into the chain. It feels positively regal to me. The chain is 18" long and compliments it perfectly.
